MY STORY

Hi, I'm Jenny Murphy.

With over 15 years in HR and people development, I've seen first hand how stress, pressure and reactivity impact leaders, teams and organisations.

I know that when leaders build their capacity to lead from a calmer, clearer place, they don't just feel better - they lead better, connect better and create healthier, more high-performing cultures.

That's why I founded The Coherent Org, to help leaders strengthen their foundation so they can respond rather than react, and create lasting change that moves through their organisation.
